HELLO
MY NAME IS:
MARK & ANDY from PICNICFACE [halifax]:

Mark & Andy are back at COMBUSTION waving the sketch banner in a sea of improvisation. Together, their multi-media-rich, fast’n’loose duo sketch work made them festival darlings in 2008. When not galavanting to festivals as a pair, or conquering the comedy world solo-style, Mark & Andy are one quarter of Picnicface.

Picnicface is a sketch-comedy group based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Formed in 2006, the group's unique, absurdist style has quickly caught on with millions of Internet viewers in North America and worldwide. Will Ferrell has taken notice of them on his website funnyordie.com, saying "Picnicface cranks out the goods", and Dave Foley, member of the legendary sketch troupe Kids in the Hall, called Picnicface "distressingly good". The group currently aims to get its own television show. Picnicface consists of eight members: Andrew Bush, Kyle Dooley, Cheryl Hann, Mark Little, Brian MacQuarrie, Evany Rosen, Scott Vrooman and Bill Wood.

Andrew Bush:
The founder of Haberdash Films, Andrew has directed and edited all of the Picnicface shorts with the exception of 'Powerthirst, Bingo, Brian Macstory, He Totally Jewed Me and All about Halifax" Currently, he makes his wage as a writer for Canadian TV. He’s written for Robson Arms, Street Cents, Odd Job Jack and Canadian Idol. Currently, he's a writer for CBC'S This Hour has 22 Minutes. He also does stand up. Fun Fact: He’s the only Picnicface member without a university education

Mark Little:
Mark was born and raised in British Columbia. He does stand-up comedy under the Yuk Yuks umbrella and was recently featured in the Halifax Comedy Festival and on CBC Radio's So You Think You're Funny series. Mark is the second leanest and third whitest member of Picnicface. He reveres Patton Oswalt and Mike Birbiglia to an uncomforable extent. He recommends that everyone who likes comedy goes out and buys "Werewolves and Lollipops." Also, earlier this month, Mark beat out Canada’s top comedians to win the Yuk Yuk’s Great Canadian Laugh-Off!
