THE WU-TANG CLAN OF TORONTO IMPROV HELLO
MY NAME IS: Alex is a graduate of the Comedy: Writing and Performance program at Humber College. While at Humber, he won the Allan Guttman Award for Best Actor. He has also trained with Pat O'Brien, Jason Chin, Eric Hunicutt and Jeff Griggs of the i.O. Theatre and Frank McAnulty and Allan Guttman of The Second City.
Alex has been improvising for nine years, getting his start with the Canadian Improv Games in high school. As a player, he competed at the national level and now volunteers with the CIG as a trainer, teaching workshops regionally and nationally.

In December of 2006, Alex participated in a theatre outreach project in the Kibera Slums of Nairobi, Kenya. He helped facilitate a week of workshops and rehearsals with a group of young people in the community culminating in a three act play, written and performed by local residents for members of their community, concerning pressing social issues.
Alex is a member of the ITC Harold team: Big in Japan, and has performed at the Toronto International and Dirty South Improv Festivals, as well as at the Del Close Marathon at New York’s Upright Citizens’ Brigade Theatre. Alex
