project project: THE WU-TANG CLAN OF TORONTO IMPROV HELLO MY NAME IS: Born in Ladysmith, British Columbia, Kayla is a member two-time Canadian Comedy Award nominated improv group AKA Improv and has also performed regularly with Vancouver’s !nstant Theatre. Following a wildly successful stint on the passable CBC effort “Second City’s Next Comedy Legend”, Kayla recently moved to Toronto to work with the Second City Education Company and National Touring Company. There, in addition to playing with PROJECTproject, she is a core cast member of Ghost Jail Theatre and performs on stages across the city. A former national medalist, Kayla volunteers with the Canadian Improv Games as a trainer, adjudicator and referee. She has also performed at the Toronto & Vancouver International Improv Festivals as well as at Edmonton’s world-renowned Improvaganza.
